The first is the all-new SinterGrip XRAC series sintered Factory race pads. This is the culmination of our ongoing development of sintered metal technology with the Factory Yamaha teams from both sides of the pond. This formulation offers superb power and control with excellent thermal stability. In addition, it features the introduction of our new and trademarked Array Cooling technology (see attached PowerPoint presentation) to reduce friction material smearing under severe thermal load conditions. Relatively high initial friction with powerful, but user-friendly torque characteristics that offer late braking consistency, lap after lap. This compound also doubles as a superb performer for the demanding high-performance canyon riders as well.
